Financial Security Work: Paine provides training in developing executive function (basic skills and attitudes towards money), building money habits and values, and practicing money skills & decision making. From March 2017 to December 2017, Paine facilitated six meetings centered on a formative process in partnership with the Urban Economic Development Association (UEDA). The meetings were centered on concepts of racial equity, challenging participants to think, accept new information, and focus on the experiences & voices of people & communities of color.
