Jonathon has over 15 years of higher education experience and has held positions at North Central College, Northern Illinois University,
Cornell University, and UW-Madison prior to his new role. Most recently, he worked in financial wellness for a growing, start-up company. Jonathon was born and raised on the southside of Chicago and later relocated to Schaumburg IL, where he completed an associate’s degree at William Rainey Harper College. Afterward, he earned a bachelor’s degree (History) and a master’s degree (Adult & Higher Education) at Northern Illinois University. He moved to Madison in 2014 and enjoys Madison’s bike paths, coffee shops, and kayaking on Lake Mendota and Monona.
